Governor Control is a Woodward Authorized Independent Service Facility (A.I.S.F.)

We provide service and maintenance for your Woodward products in our facility, or we can make field calls to your location.

  • Hydraulic Governor For Engines

    Woodward UG Governor

    image description

The UG products are mechanical-hydraulic governors for controlling diesel, gas, or dual fuel engines, or steam turbines. The governor provides extremely reliable speed control throughout the drive speed and temperature range. This proven design has been the industry standard for many years and its worldwide acceptance provides easy service in most engine and governor shops.

UG-Dial governors are particularly suited for constant speed applications. Knob speed settings make synchronization easy for generator applications. Motor speed setting is available for remote synchronization. Adjustable droop makes load sharing between engines precise.

UG Lever governors are widely used for variable speed control. Remote speed setting can be either mechanical through the speed setting lever or pneumatic with a special speed setting device. Special attachments are available for other applications.

The UG pump is designed for applications which reverse engine rotation.

  • Electronic Governor For Engines

    Woodward L series

    image description

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

  • Actuators

    Woodward Dyna 2000 & 2500

    image description

DYNA 2000 and DYNA 2500 linear actuators provide precise positioning with a minimal number of moving parts. Many of the moving parts normally associated with electric actuators are eliminated, prolonging the mean time between failure.

These DYNA actuators are suitable for installation on diesel, gasoline, or natural gas engines with fuel system force requirements of less than 13 pounds (58 N) of force. When paired with a Woodward controller, precise isochronous speed control of 5 to 30 HP engines (DYNA 2000) and 5 to 60 HP engines (DYNA 2500) is achieved.

  • Ignition

    Woodward IC-100 CD Ignition System

    image description

Woodward’s ignition systems offer a solution for all types of modern gas engines. Woodward’s ignition systems meet today’s requirements for modern gas engines, ranging from smart inductive coil to high energy AC ignition systems.

The IC-100 is a microprocessor-controlled, spark capacitive discharge ignition system capable of supplying ignition energy for a wide range of gas engines with 1 to 8 cylinders.

The number of cylinders and the corresponding firing pattern, as well as the trigger disc configuration, are programmed individually.
